Belha Collection has no fewer than 220 employees divided into 4 business families. Hotels, Catering, Care and Support & Sales.
The first three professions make up the majority of our establishments. From the first contact with our customers through the employees who work in reception to the kitchen and dining room teams, the Hotel and Catering business is the largest in terms of numbers in our group. The kindness, gentleness and delicacy of our Care & Fitness staff offer a unique all-round experience. Finally, the Support & Sales teams do their utmost to ensure that everyone can work in the best possible conditions, so that we can all work together to achieve customer satisfaction.
