Tasks :
The receptionist is responsible for preparing guests for their arrival, ensuring that they are properly welcomed and looked after throughout their stay. Ensures that services are correctly invoiced. Demonstrates professionalism, friendliness, good interpersonal skills and excellent presentation. - Preparation of customer arrival files using the reservation created by the reservations department - Welcoming customers - Informing guests about the hotel's various services - Ensure that the customer's stay runs smoothly - Liaise with the various departments to organise the customer's stay (floors, restaurant, kitchen, reservations, thalassotherapy) - Provide a concierge service (tourist information, taxi bookings, documentation, etc.) - Manage the switchboard (customer calls, external calls and internal calls) - Check customer invoicing - Cashing the customer - Check payments by setting up your shift fund - Managing a debtor section: commissioning, sending invoices |
